Prayer space in Manor Field

Manor Field Primary School have partnered with St Andrew's and to open a prayer room for a week in July.

Coming to Manor Field next week….

Where: Reading Room (Africa)When: Tuesday 10th – Friday 13th

What: An interactive ‘prayer space’ provided by St Andrew’s, Burgess Hill (and friends!) in conjunction with

How: Each class will get their chance to explore the room as part of the RE curriculum….to think about questions they have about the world they live in. It will also pick up the current school topics of ‘being British’ and topical sporting themes. There will be a whole range of interactive opportunities….an enormous bubble tube, a ‘special’ Royal Guest, a huge ‘questions wall’ and a whole lot more. And if they really love it – they can come back for more during lunchtime. CRB checked volunteers will guide the children and help them to get the most out of this special learning zone. Over 200 schools have benefitted so far and Manor Field is the first in our area.

On Thursday 12th from 2.45 – 5pm the room will be open to parents and other schools RE co-ordinators to come and look for themselves and see what the children have most enjoyed.
