The Melting Pot Café is our community café in the Willow Way area of Hurstpierpoint, creating a meeting place for local people, to care for people in need, a place to draw people into the life of the church. This is a joint project with other churches in Hurst. It runs Thursday mornings from 9.30am to 11.30am and volunteers are usually needed from 8.30am to 12noon. We need people to serve hot drinks and refreshments and clear tables/wash up, but we also need those who will focus more on the people, welcoming and befriending all who come.
