You may notice that the price quoted is higher than in the flyer above but the lower prices are based on 100+ people going and we are confident we will reach this! 

No money will be taken from your account until 29th May 2022. 

If you need help financially to join us, please do let us know as we don’t want money to stop anyone from coming. Please email ellie@thepointchurch.co.uk before booking as we will book you in directly. (If you can pay part of the tickets we will discuss with you the best way to do this). 

If you want to go to Wildfires too you must book in via their website and not here. 

Big Church Day Out doesn’t do refunds (as the cost of the event exceeds their ticket income), but we may be able to transfer tickets if someone wants your ticket. 

A 10% Service Charge will be added to all ticket prices.

FAQs

Most of your questions can be answered on the FAQ section of www.bigchurchdayout.com but we’ve covered some extra questions you may have below

Caravans and motorhomes (and trailers that need to be moved by vehicles) will be in a separate section to the tents as there is a strict no-driving on site policy but we will have a communal area with the tents where all can gather. We have booked a communal marquee to make some hot drinks and hang out together

The BCDO schedule runs from 12-10pm each day. We will also gather as a church each morning at 11.15am for coffee and croissants and a thought for the day. On Friday evening (3rd) at 5pm we will gather to eat a meal together. 

For the most part it will be self-catering or there are food trucks on site. On Friday evening (3rd) at 5pm we will gather to eat a meal together.
