We want everyone to have the opportunity to meet with God on a personal level. God doesn’t see age as a barrier, so neither should we!
We have regular Sunday groups, all-age services and large seasonal celebrations.

Sunday Groups
Under 1s
Babies are incredible. Tiny fingers and tiny toes! We want parents and carers with their little ones to feel as comfortable and welcome as possible.

We are happy for your little ones to be in the adult service (even when they are a little bit noisy!)
Parents with under-ones are invited to sit in the sofa area at the back of church during the 11am service. Soft toys and books are available for the babies.
If anyone turns around when your little one is crying, singing or shouting, don’t worry, they are not being critical, they are probably interested to see who is a budding preacher warming up their voice!
If you do happen to need a private or quiet space, please see our ‘Welcome Team’ and they will be able to help you.
Pre-schoolers (1-4s)
In this group every session has a time of worship, Bible story, craft, prayer and lots of playing!

Pre-schoolers enjoy a Bible lesson, songs and creative play during the 11am service. It is a time of socialising and fun that allows the children to connect with God and others in their own way.
We understand that children in this age group can find it difficult to be separate from their parents, so there can be a helpful time of transition to get them settled.
Kids (4-11s, school years R-6)
Each session is packed with faith building fun including games, competitions, worship, Bible stories, illustrations, prayer and much more!

Our team try to create exciting and interesting ways to inspire the children to discover God and get to know Him for themselves. The session join in during their own worship and prayer time, followed by a Bible lesson and related activities.
Check out the ‘What’s On’ page on our website to see what is coming up! We encourage the children to bring a Bible to the session. We use the NIV at kids. If you don’t have a Bible and would like one, speak to or email Lucy and she will get one for you!
Midweek
Tots and Tunes
Parents, carers and their babies and toddlers gather for fellowship, songs and stories on Tuesday morning during term time. If you are looking after a young one, then this is the perfect place to sit and relax with others in the same boat.

Meet the team!
The Kids team is run by Lucy, our Children’s and Young Families Pastor, and an amazing team of staff and volunteers who will be wearing green lanyards on Sundays so feel free to ask us any questions. All of our team are safely recruited in line with the church’s safe recruitment policy.

Our kids team would always benefit from having more hands to help, whether that is on a Sunday or at one of our events.
